Amazing staff made our stay!
We just spent 3 nights in a superior room, and wow, the staff were super helpful! Mubarak at reception was a legend one night when I was totally out of it. The champagne bar crew were equally great. Only wish breakfast had a few more options, but the food was still yum. Definitely recommend it!

Exceptional spa services, charming architectural design, clean and well-maintained facilities
It would be nice to see better management during events!!! Major noise disruptions made relaxation impossible. Also, the parking situation is quite confusing and feels like an added stress rather than a convenience!!!

Ideal Stay for those Seeking Comfort
Had an amazing experience, the view from our upper room was breathtaking and really set the mood, and the spa facilities? Just incredible, very relaxing. There were handmade macaroons waiting for us, which was a delightful surprise, it's little touches like that which make all the difference.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive though, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

We checked out the amazing performances at the largest indoor arena in Europe and hit up some lively bars around the area. The hotel was super clean, and the staff was always pleasant and helpful. You can store your bags before check-in, which is convenient for exploring. Definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!
We actually faced a bit of disappointment when checking in. the process took longer than expected. It would have been nice if this was smoother.

Good Location, Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay for one night, particularly the central location. Breakfast offered decent variety, but be cautious of seating near the entrance. The staff were welcoming, though room amenities could use an upgrade for a higher-end experience. Consider requesting extra pillows in advance for comfort.
